Is This My Maximum Va Loan Eligibility 36000 I'm Doing Research On VA Loans... What Does This Mean?

I'm doing research on VA loans... what does this mean? - is this my maximum va loan eligibility 36000

The maximum eligibility for any veterans in Washington is $ 104,250 and the maximum loan amount is $ 417,000 with no down payment.

If a veteran with the COE (Certificate of Eligibility) is part of the loan is secured (not insured, such as FNMA or FHA), in this case 104,250. The veteran is still able to obtain financing and the lending limit rules is 417,000.

All you really need is the VA's guarantee of up to 104,250. It does not change with a lender. Only information which guarantees the VA, if the loan defaults. If the veteran is qualified, approved a loan of 417,000 and the veterans will return. =)

Good Luck
