I do not know how one of them to be honest. Well, I mean, I like the style of number 3, but it's a wedding dress that is not a ball gown. And personally, because you are plus size (there is nothing to be ashamed of!) I want to take on a darker color that you are comfortable with the way you are (dark colors look and feel slim).
And maybe I should go for something without bones / rigid material rather than ethereal. Perhaps something like this:
